Synopsis:

Belonging to the working class of Rabat, Sonia is following her fourth year of medical school while preparing to marry doctor Hicham who has always been her confident since their childhood. Unbeknownst to everyone, this perfect couple hides a deep secret.

Aida Senna

After studying visual communications in Paris, photography in Toulouse and video editing in Washington, she worked with advertising agencies from 2008 until 2013. Focusing on filmmaking, Senna directed three music videos for the French rap band La Rumeur. AMAL is her film debut.
