Synopsis:

Penelope is a Civil Registry Official who lives with her mother, a woman suffering from Alzheimer. One day she meets Ulises, an old homeless man with no memory and no papers, and convinces him that he’s her father and that it’s time to come home.

Born 1988 in Machali, he started film school in 2010. He previously served as cinematography in A TALE OF LOVE, MADNESS AND DEATH (2015).
