Synopsis:

Amidst government's historic decision to abolish bonded labour, there is a lack in helping the freed laborers to the ‘free’ society. Bhagwaray, who has been recently freed from bonded labor in the plains of western Nepal, has difficulty finding a fabric to sew his underwear.

Sushan Prajapati

A graduate of College of Film Studies in Nepal with degree in Motion Picture Photography, he began his career as a cinematographer. His work was in feature films like KARKASH, APABAAD, and SHANGURO. THE SHAME is his directorial debut.
